Q&A - Policies

Please read this first to see if your questions are answered. If your questions are not addressed then please email ashley@yourglitterbff.com. Please do not DM me as they will not be monitored as frequently as emails. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days then please try again as it might have been sent to my spam folder. 

Orders

All orders have a 1-3 business days processing time and does not include time it takes to ship items. The day of order does not count as one of the 1-3 business days. Although, I try my best to get your order completed as fast as possible! No shipping or deliveries on weekends or holidays. 

Deliveries

Delivery options are available up to 15 miles. 1-5 miles - $20 min order - $3 delivery fee. 6-10 miles - $30 min order - $8 delivery fee. 11-15 miles - $45 min order - $10 delivery fee. *min order before taxes and after promo codes.

My goal is same day delivery for orders placed before 1:00pm, but can take up to 1-3 business days. No deliveries on weekends or holidays. Delivery option can be selected at checkout if order qualifies.

Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please allow 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. No shipping on weekends or holidays. Regardless, I strive to get all packages prepped and delivered to the shipping center as soon as possible.

All orders that have been “returned by sender” for any reason and/or due to wrong information submitted by the client will only be reshipped once the new shipping cost has been received in full by the client. Reshipping cost is the responsibility of the client and Your Glitter BFF will not be liable.

Once your package has been dropped off  to the shipping center then it is now the delivery service’s responsibility for your package and items. I am no longer responsible since I do not have control and possession of your item(s). I do my best to ensure all packages are prepped and secured for safe travels. You will be given a tracking number to the email provided when the order was placed. I will not be able to provide you an update to where your package is once it is with the delivery carrier. However, you will be able to look up the progress via your tracking number given to you.

Returns and Exchanges

Your Glitter BFF does not accept returns or exchanges. Please be careful when ordering to ensure you are purchasing the correct product, color, and weight. No exceptions.

If you received the wrong item for your order then you must notify me by email at ashley@yourglitterbff.com within 3 days of receiving your items so I can exchange it for you. I will need your name, email, item(s), and the order number to process. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. A return shipping label will be sent to you with instructions on how and where to send the exchange. This will be at no cost to the client as this was not your fault.

Gift cards will not be refunded or exchanged.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify me by email at ashley@yourglitterbff.com.

If there are any damage or issues from the delivery, please submit a case with the USPS immediately. Do not wait! Please also let me know so I am aware of the situation. Thank you!

Refunds 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also. If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at ashley@yourglitterbff.com.

Promo Codes

Promo codes must be used at checkout to receive a discount. Discounts will not be adjusted after the order has been placed so please be careful. 

Only one promo code per an order will be accepted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Gift cards do not expire.

Costs

All shipping costs are paid for by the client.  

All taxes will be paid by the client determined by state and federal regulations.
